Manage attendance and build trust
With HRZen’s digital timekeeping system, staff clock in/out via mobile, and managers see real-time updates on who’s in, late, or absent.
At the start and end of the day, employees can clock in and clock out on your branch’s designated tablet or laptop by taking a picture.
Your daily attendance logs then get updated in real time whether your employees are late, on time, or you can mark them as absent.
Each employee’s attendance over the past 3 days can also be viewed and edited individually.
Managers and admins can make corrections to clock in/out times, breaks, and set over time.
In the employee summary, you have an overview of each employee’s work hours and attendance per payroll.
Click on “View” to go into detail of each employee’s attendance for the payroll.
Attendance logs show you the real time updates for each employee as it happens. You can see when they clocked out, in, and took breaks.
This way you can manage your employees even remotely!
