The Overview tab shows you every task list due today, who it's assigned to, and how far along they are.

That progress ring tells you instantly, is the team on track or did someone skip half the checklist? No more chasing, no asking around.

Need to see only the kitchen's tasks? Or just the weekly ones? Filter by assignee or frequency to cut through the noise and focus on what matters right now.

The Task list tab is your master view. Every list you've ever created, both active or inactive, with its department, item count, frequency, and status at a glance. You'll always know what's running, what's paused, and what needs attention.

Click on the “New task list” button to set one up in seconds.

Give it a name, a description, pick a frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or One-time) and assign it to a department or a specific employee. Then add your tasks one by one.

Click into any task list and you'll see exactly what needs to get done and what's already checked off. Assigned employees, frequency, individual task items with checkboxes - it's all right there.

Tasks don’t just live on the manager’s screen, they show up right in the employee mobile app too. Clear descriptions, due times, and a checkbox to mark them done.

No whiteboard lists, no group chat reminders. They know what’s expected the moment they open the app.

Need to edit a list? You can edit the name, swap the assignee, and add or remove tasks.

Need a similar list but for a different department? You can duplicate and make adjustments.

If a list is not needed anymore, deactivate it so it won’t clutter the overview but will still be there if you need it back.
